About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conceptualize and design creative visuals for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop brand collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and infographics.
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
  • Create design layouts for advertisements, emailers, and other promotional materials.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative design solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple design requests.
