Software Development Intern

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our research and development team. This internship offers students industry exposure and a production-level project experience.

You will contribute to the growth and development of innovative technologies by working closely with software engineers on various development tasks across the stack.

Key responsibilities include deployment, cloud services, and containerization. You will gain hands-on experience with coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and ensuring robust application performance.

We are looking for talented candidates who can commit to at least 6 months. Strong coding skills in Python and JavaScript are essential. Experience in modern web frameworks and libraries, along with a basic understanding of databases and common AWS services, is also required.

The work location is remote within India. The paid internship will be for 6 months starting from October. Working hours are from 9 : 00 to 18 : 00 (Monday to Friday) full-time.

Candidates pursuing or have completed a BSc / BTech degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Data Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical disciplines will be considered.

Required skills and qualifications include prior experience with building and deploying full-stack web applications, covering both frontend and backend. Understanding of RESTful API design, database integration, and best practices for scalable web services is necessary.

Familiarity with modern frontend development workflows, including component-based architecture, state management, and responsive UI / UX design is desirable. Knowledge of containerisation and cloud services, with hands-on exposure to Docker and basic deployment workflows on AWS or similar cloud platforms is also needed.

A strong foundation in software engineering principles, including version control, debugging, testing, and code optimization for performance and reliability is required.

Bonus points for demonstrated experience through open-source contributions, personal projects, or internships. Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks / libraries and backend architectures is also an asset.
