AI / Backend Developer

We're looking for a versatile AI / Backend Developer who thrives at the intersection of

backend engineering and applied AI. If you're excited about architecting distributed systems,

deploying AI workflows, and shaping the foundation of autonomous digital employees, this

role is for you.

Experience Level : Mid–Senior (3–7 years). Exceptional candidates outside this range will

still be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and own end-to-end backend systems using Python and Node.js
• Independently build and ship AI-powered features, workflows, and integrations for CareBot
• Take full responsibility for designing PostgreSQL schemas, query optimization, and data flow
• Implement and maintain Redis caching, pub / sub systems, and RabbitMQ pipelines
• Lead distributed systems design across async processing and event-driven architectures
• Contribute to full-stack development with Next.js and React when needed
• Drive features from concept → architecture → implementation → deployment with minimal oversight
