Position : B2C Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing B2C Sales Professional with strong communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has experience in consultative or solution-based sales and is confident in handling client interactions end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2C sales through lead follow-ups, product presentations, demos, and conversions.
- Build strong understanding of customer needs and offer relevant learning / training solutions.
- Maintain a high sales pipeline and ensure consistent closure rates.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Manage customer inquiries with a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow internal process discipline.
Required Skills & Competencies
Fluent English communication — must be 10 / 10 (both spoken and written).Proven experience in B2C Sales with strong conversion ratios .High confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and professional presentation ability.Target-driven mindset and strong negotiation skills.Ability to understand and explain training / learning offerings clearly.Hands-on experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.Experience Required
4–5 years of experience in B2C Sales (Learning & Development / EdTech / Training Services is mandatory).Must have a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets .What We Offer
