We're Hiring | L1 / L2 Application Support Engineer | Chennai | 24 Years Experience

Are you passionate about application support, solving complex issues, and ensuring seamless system operations We are looking for a skilled L1 / L2 Application Support Engineer with 24 years of experience to join our team in Chennai!

This is a full-time opportunity with a rotational 24 / 7 shift (majorly night shift), ideal for someone with strong skills in SQL, Unix scripting, and telecom domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

L2 incident handling, RCA, and bug triaging
Patch / release validation and coordination with L3 / development teams
Work across OSS / BSS modules including provisioning, activation, billing, and order management
Maintain SOPs, documentation, and provide on-call support

Must-Have Technical Skills

Strong in SQL / PL-SQL & Unix Shell scripting

Hands-on with XML & working knowledge of Python

Familiarity with Order orchestration, decomposition, and task modeling

Domain Expertise

OSS : Provisioning, Activation, Inventory

BSS : Billing, Customer Management, Order Management

Solid understanding of Telecom business processes
