2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Compliance Head to lead our Statutory and Client Compliance function for the staffing division.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws , strong leadership and audit management skills , and the ability to drive 100% compliance delivery across multiple clients and locations.
This role is perfect for a compliance professional who thrives on accuracy, process control, and leading a results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the end-to-end statutory compliance function across PF, ESI, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Maternity Benefit, and related Acts.
Manage and mentor the compliance team to ensure timely filings, renewals, and audit closures.
Oversee client-specific compliance requirements and ensure 100% adherence to SLAs.
Coordinate with Finance, Payroll, HR, and Client Servicing teams for compliance alignment.
Handle labour license renewals , contractor registrations, and audit documentation.
Manage compliance trackers, MIS reports, and statutory data uploads on client portals.
Lead internal and external audits , ensuring timely resolution of all observations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour legislation and communicate updates to the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, auditors, and statutory authorities .
Ensure accurate maintenance of digital and physical compliance records .
Requirements
Candidate Profile :
Experience : 4–10 years in statutory compliance within the staffing / manpower outsourcing industry .
Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
Strong working knowledge of PF, ESI, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Maternity Benefit Act , and other labour laws.
Proficiency in Excel, compliance trackers, and online compliance portals .
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
