Job description

Design, develop, and execute performance tests using JMeter for web, API, and database layers.

Monitor system performance and analyze results using tools like New Relic.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.

Work effectively in an Onsite / Offshore model, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.

Present performance test results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

7+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
Proficiency with JMeter and a strong understanding of performance monitoring tools like New Relic.
Demonstrated experience in testing across UI, API, and database layers.
Proven ability to performance test complex technology stacks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements :

Willingness to work until 11 : 30 PM IST on a need basis to accommodate global team collaboration
