Our client's largest and most strategic customer is moving VMware-based workloads to KubeVirt on OpenShift. This is not a DevOps or automation-first role. This is about deep Linux / Kubernetes troubleshooting and hands-on operations.

As a Resident Engineer at CMK Resources , you’ll become a trusted technical advisor , embedding with the customer to deploy, manage, and support mission-critical storage environments on Kubernetes.

What You’ll Do

• Deploy and manage Portworx Enterprise across Kubernetes environments (OpenShift, OpenStack, AKS, etc.).
• Lead troubleshooting efforts involving persistent volumes, storage integration, Linux systems, and cluster operations.
• Collaborate with Portworx architects and Pure Storage experts to deliver optimized, secure, and scalable storage solutions.
• Act as the primary technical contact for support escalations, RFEs, and performance issues.
• Improve operational visibility using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
• Document procedures, runbooks, and issue resolution guides.
