Key Responsibilities :
Office Administration :
- Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure efficient operations.
- Handle office correspondence, record keeping, and documentation.
- Supervise housekeeping, procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and office asset management.
Human Resources :
Manage recruitment process — from job posting to onboarding.Maintain and update employee files, offer letters, and HR databases.Handle payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for timely disbursement.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations — PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Gratuity.Support performance appraisals, employee engagement, and grievance redressal.Draft HR letters, notices, and internal communications.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration / HR / Commerce.Minimum 5 years of experience in Office Administration and HR functions.Proficient in MS Office, Tally (for payroll coordination), and HR software.Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, P. Tax, and HR compliance processes.Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities independently.Personal Attributes :
