Qualification : B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent

Work Schedule : Rotational Shifts (including weekends and holidays as per duty roster)

Job Summary :

The MEP Operations Engineer will assist the HOD / Dy. HOD in managing the overall operations, maintenance, and performance of the hospitals MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The role ensures maximum uptime and efficient functioning of critical equipment, machinery, and systems to support high standards of clinical care. The engineer will also be required to work in rotational shifts to provide 24 / 7 operational support, including weekends and public holidays, ensuring continuous availability and reliability of all engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Operations & Maintenance

• Supervise daily operations and preventive / corrective maintenance of all MEP systems (Electrical & Mechanical) during assigned shifts.
• Ensure smooth handover between shifts and proper logbook updates.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of all major equipment during different operational cycles, especially during night and weekend shifts.
• Ensure quick response and resolution of emergency issues irrespective of the shift.
