Job Description :
- Handle all statutory compliances including ESIC, PF, and Professional Tax.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes such as joining, resignation, and exit formalities.
- Process employee benefits, exemptions, and reimbursements accurately.
- Manage biometric access, issue ID cards, and maintain updated MIS records.
- Prepare appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll-related data and reports.
- Handle Shops & Establishments compliance and submit KYC data to PF consultants on a monthly basis.
- Manage full and final settlements, ensuring timely calculation and release of dues, incentives, and benefits such as gratuity and LTA.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly MIS and statutory compliance reports.
- Handle employee loans and advances.
- Support the Senior Manager – Payroll in day-to-day HR and payroll activities.
