About the Role : -

We are looking for a high-ownership individual who can independently drive 0-to-1 category launches. This role is not just a category management position — it requires a mix of market research, program management, sales / business development, and strong problem-solving ability. Ideal candidates are street-smart, agile, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Required Qualifications : -

• UG from Tier 1 colleges (IITs / NITs, top DU colleges, CAs) with 2–3 years of experience or MBA from Tier 1 / 2 colleges with 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in consulting or founders’ / CXO office roles in high-growth startups or category management roles in consumer electronics
• Strong analytical capability, comfort with data, and structured thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate with high ownership, hustle, and adaptability in a 0-to-1 environment.
