Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development : Develop and execute social media strategies for various clients, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
• Content Creation & Curation : Create engaging and on-brand content (text, images, video, etc.) that resonates with target audiences. Work closely with the creative team to develop visual assets.
• Community Management : Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, and foster community growth.
• Campaign Management : Plan, schedule, and manage organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Performance Analytics : Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts and improve ROI.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices, applying them where relevant to client strategies.
• Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their goals, audiences, and brand voice, ensuring social media efforts align with their objectives.
• Influencer Outreach : Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to boost campaign reach and engagement where applicable.
