API / Automation Test Lead - Software Quality Assurance

Work Location : Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore / Coimbatore / Pune.

Primary Skill : API Automation Rest Assured with strong in coding experience in Java, Selenium, Cucumber and SQL.

Position Summary : We are seeking an API Automation Test Lead / Senior Tester.

Job Description :

• Overall 6 - 10 years and minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Java, Selenium is a must.
• Minimum 2+ years of strong experience in API Automation testing using Rest Assured / any automation tool.
• Strong expertise in building Scenarios with BDD frameworks - Cucumber, Specflow, or similar.
• Strong in Java API testing / Automation is a must - PostMan / RestAssured / Karate or similar.
• Hands-on Experience with Test automation frameworks - Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• Strong Coding skills Java / JavaScript, Core Java, Typescript, or similar.
• Ability to develop, design, and build test automation frameworks from scratch choosing the right frameworks based on project needs.
• Cross-browser testing / automation using SauceLabs / BrowserStack or similar.
• Ability to work in a flexible / fast-paced Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills.
• Define and report Quality Engineering metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of Quality engineers.
• Hands-on Experience with SQL.
