About the Role

We’re looking for a

Tech Lead

who loves solving real problems, enjoys working with customers, and knows how to build things that last. If you’re someone who can roll up your sleeves, design smart systems, and at the same time guide a team to deliver, this role is for you.

You’ll be working on building

AI and ML-driven

scalable solutions and directly engaging with customers to make sure what we deliver actually works for them. Think of it as a mix of hands-on coding, big-picture architecture, and customer success.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop

scalable solutions

using Python and modern AI / ML frameworks.

Work directly with customers—understanding their needs and making sure we deliver real outcomes.

Lead projects end-to-end : planning, execution, deployment, and support.

Mentor and support engineers so they grow along with the team.

Bring a

startup mindset : move fast, stay flexible, and take ownership.

What We’re Looking For

7–9 years of experience in building and delivering software solutions.

Strong skills in

Python, system design, and scalable architectures .

Hands-on experience with

AI / ML frameworks

like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

Someone who has worked in

customer-facing or consulting roles

and can explain tech in simple words.

Experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP).

A problem-solver with a

startup approach —adaptable, curious, and outcome-driven.
