About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic US IT Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in full-cycle US IT recruitment with excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US IT positions (sourcing to onboarding).
- Source qualified candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct phone / virtual interviews, evaluate technical skills, and ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and client expectations.
- Handle rate negotiations, offer discussions, and closing candidates effectively.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports, dashboards, and ATS systems.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring practices, including W2, 1099, and C2C employment types.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of strong experience in US IT recruitment (night shift role).Excellent knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).Strong sourcing skills using Dice, Monster, CB, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social networks.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Immediate joiner highly preferred.
