We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong data engineering background. The role involves leading technology innovation in ETL technology, managing high-quality software projects, and solving complex business challenges using modern data and analytics technologies. You will lead cross-functional teams, plan project timelines, anticipate risks, and ensure project objectives are met within scope and budget.

Responsibilities :

• Lead technical feasibility and project estimation with accountability.
• Engage with project management, architecture, and engineering leaders to ensure tactical roadmaps are in place.
• Simplify technical and dependency complexity to reduce delivery risks.
• Oversee the development lifecycle of the solution.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach.
• Define quarterly objectives and assignments for product teams.
• Work with all stakeholders to assign teams, define milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Plan for risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management.
• Develop capacity models and estimation frameworks to handle discovery and uncertainty.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to determine progress and resolve challenges.
• Mitigate risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
