Job Title : Salesforce Developer

Experience : 3-5 Years

Work Hours : 6 : 00 PM - 3 : 00 AM IST (US Business Hours)

Location : Remote (Work From Home)

Employment Type : Full-time

Compensation : Up to ₹12 Lakhs per Annum

Role Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, good communication skills, and be comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders during US working hours.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Flows .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs .
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployments using best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills :

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL / SOSL , and Salesforce Flows .

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture , Governor Limits , and best practices .

Experience with Salesforce integrations and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, VS Code) .

Excellent communication and collaboration skills .

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
