Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Team Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Develop and implement QA strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate testing efforts and ensure proper documentation of test cases and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and requirements.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
