Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer located in Kumbla / Uliyathaduka, Kasaragod.

The Web Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of websites and web applications, with a strong focus on Flutter, Firebase, and REST API integrations.

They will work closely with design, marketing, and technical teams to create high-performance, responsive, and visually appealing web experiences that align with Digma Marketing’s digital and e-commerce projects.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web or app development, demonstrating strong technical expertise, clean coding practices, and a deep understanding of performance optimization.

The individual will also participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth deployment and optimization of all web assets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive websites and mobile apps using Flutter and modern web technologies.
Integrate and manage Firebase databases and REST APIs for dynamic functionality.
Implement and maintain front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
Work with designers and marketers to bring creative ideas to life.
Stay updated with emerging web and mobile technologies to enhance existing platforms.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Flutter, Firebase, and REST APIs.

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in web or app development.

Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Prior experience in digital marketing or e-commerce projects will be an added advantage.
