We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Contact Center Automation team. This role involves working on voice bot automation, enhancing customer experience through AI-driven call flows.

Salary : Negotiable for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize Node.js applications for call flow automation
• Integrate with APIs and Google Dialogflow CX (NLP engine)
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code using best practices (Jest for unit tests)
• Design call flows in Google Dialogflow CX based on business needs
• Engage in analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with developers across teams in an Agile / Scrum environment
• Own your deliverables from development to deployment & maintenance
