We are looking for a hybrid creative talent who is strong in visual design, short-form content, and professional video editing, along with the ability to use AI tools to speed up and elevate creative output.

Responsibilities
Design and Creative Development
- Create visually engaging content for social media, campaigns, decks, and brand assets.
- Work within brand guidelines to produce clean layouts, strong typography, and consistent visual language.
- Ideate creatives that connect business context with sound design thinking.
AI-Powered Content Creation
Use AI tools such as MidJourney, DALLE, Firefly, Runway, and Veo to generate concepts, visuals, video assets, and variations.Explore new AI workflows that improve production speed and push creative boundaries.Video Editing and Motion Graphics
Edit high-quality videos including ads, promos, explainers, reels, and stories using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, or similar tools.Transform raw footage into polished and engaging stories with strong pacing, clean transitions, good sound design, and a refined finish.Add motion graphics, basic animations, and enhancement layers to improve overall output.Storytelling and Production Execution
Understand the purpose of each video and convert it into compelling visual storytelling.Work closely with strategists, writers, and internal teams to ensure creative alignment.Maintain an organized video asset library for easy reuse and future scaling.Quality and Delivery
Deliver consistently high-quality work with attention to detail, audio clarity, color accuracy, and resolution standards.Handle timelines across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.Continuously learn new tools, techniques, and creative technologies.Qualifications
Must Have
2 to 5 years of experience in visual design and / or video editing. Experience in a digital agency is preferred.Strong design skills in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Advanced video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.Experience in creating social-first content such as reels, stories, ads, and short-form videos.Solid understanding of visual language, brand tone, layout, typography, pacing, and storytelling.Good to Have
A portfolio showcasing social-first designs, reels, motion graphics, and polished video edits.Hands-on experience with AI design and video tools such as MidJourney, Runway, Veo, and Firefly.Ability to create quick AI concepts and refine them into final design or video outputs.Curiosity to experiment with new creative technologies and formats.Soft Skills
