Required Experience : 4+ Years

What you’ll do

Provide primary and backup support for mainframe security

Research security feature and new functionality

Keep mainframe security at top level to avoid any security breach

Schedule deployment and validation with our clients through standard change control procedures

Participate to different security meetings with customers

Provide support to other mainframe teams for any requirements

Monitor client systems and identify opportunities for improvements

Responsible of security cleanup on different LPARs

Development of best practices for mainframe security

Provide Disaster Recovery support for regular exercises and actual events

Represent the mainframe security team by managing the recovery of z / OS under the direction of the technical coordinator

Assist with potential new customer RFP response

Involve in due diligence for onboarding new customers

What you bring

Deep understanding of RACF security concept

Multifactor Authentication and digital certificate processing

Knowledge of overall mainframe environment

A deep understanding of IT operations best practices for security

You enjoy connecting, motivating and inspiring people to achieve results

You are comfortable with technology and participating in discussions about technical issues, asking questions to drive understanding and alignment

You understand how to build the trust and confidence in our platforms and our team

Drive a culture of change and continuous improvement both within the team

You thrive in continuously changing and dynamic environments

You are curious to see / understand the different mainframe solutions

Willing to expand your mainframe knowledge and skills

Build and drive different security projects with all mainframe teams

Strong communication skills

Analyze and research system related issues to provide corrective action

Degree in Computing Science

4 Years of practical experience in mainframe security

Proficient in communicating and writing in English
