Requirements - Non-Technical

• Customer-Centric Insight :   Understand and empathize with customer needs, translating them into detailed Statements of Work that clearly communicate the scope, timeline, and requirements for each project.
• Multitasking Proficiency :   Excel at managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective Communication Interpersonal Skills :   Demonstrate confidence through strong verbal and written communication skills and connect effortlessly with internal teams and global clients.
• Independence Accountability :   Operate independently while aligning with shared team goals and the broader mission.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction :   Always prioritize both internal and external customer satisfaction, ensuring every interaction reinforces our service excellence.

Requirements - Technical

• IBM i Development Expertise :   Bring direct experience with IBM i environments hands-on experience in RPG, CLI, RDi, and working with VS.Code for IBMi is highly valued.
• Change Management Familiarity :   Preferably, have experience with change management software, with a special emphasis on PTC Implementer.

Basic Qualifications

• IBM i Development Experience :   Demonstrated technical skills and hands-on experience in IBM i development.
• Technical Support Software Development Background :   Proven experience in delivering technical support, offering service-driven solutions, and engaging in software development.
• Language Proficiency :   Must be fluent in English to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and client bases.
