Role : Outsystem Developer / Lead

Location : Chennai / Bhopal

Experience : 6-14 Years

We are looking for a

Senior OutSystems Developer

with

6+ years of experience

in software development, including strong expertise in

building web and mobile applications using OutSystems (ODC / O11) platform . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable digital solutions, ensuring best practices, performance, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of

web and mobile applications

on the

OutSystems ODC / O11 platform .

Manage end-to-end delivery, from requirement gathering and design to development, deployment, and support.

Develop

responsive UI / UX

for cross-platform apps using OutSystems components.

Integrate applications with enterprise systems (REST / SOAP APIs, databases, authentication, third-party services).

Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to

OutSystems best practices .

Drive

application performance optimization, security implementation, and scalability improvements .

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Contribute to

Agile ceremonies

and continuously improve delivery processes.

Preferred Skills

OutSystems Certification (Associate / Professional / Tech Lead level).

Experience working in

cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP) .

Exposure to Agile / Scrum, JIRA, and Git.

Knowledge of enterprise security and performance best practices.
