Backend Developer (4+ yrs)

📍 Sector 142, Noida | Full-time | Onsite (5 days)

We’re looking for a Backend Developer who loves experimenting, iterating quickly, and scaling systems that matter.

What you’ll do 🔧 :

  • Design & scale APIs, services, and data pipelines
  • Rapidly build POCs & ship features with the team
  • Optimize for performance, reliability & cost-efficiency
  • Own CI / CD, monitoring, integrations & documentation

What we’re looking for 🌟 :

  • 2-4+ years backend dev experience
  • Strong in Node.js (NestJS / Express.js)
  • Hands-on with AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFront)
  • SQL + NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
  • Understanding of REST, WebSockets, event-driven systems

    • Bonus if you have : Python, Docker / Kubernetes, DevOps practices, startup experience
