Job Location – Mulund (West), Mumbai

Age – 30-40 years

Gender – M / F

Qualification : Degree / Diploma, Mechanical / Electrical – MBA Sales & Marketing

Years of Experience : 5-7 years

Salary Range – 07 – 08 LPA

Reporting To – CEO / MD

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets for both B2B & B2C.
  • Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Performance Management : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Budget Management : Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth and success.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
