As a Consultant Marketing- Presales , you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our sales team and technical experts. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, creating tailored presales presentations, and promoting our solutions to prospects. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen, technical understanding, and communication skills to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Solutioning : Work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements, craft solutions, and present them in a way that resonates with potential clients.
- Presales Support : Assist in the preparation of compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that align with the client's business goals and technical environment.
- Client Interaction : Engage with potential customers to discuss their needs, demonstrate the value of our products and services, and address any concerns.
- Market Research & Analysis : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to help position our products effectively in the marketplace.
- Lead Qualification : Assist in qualifying inbound leads, including conducting initial assessments and defining project scope and requirements.
- Sales Enablement : Create sales collateral, technical documents, and case studies that help the sales team close deals faster.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our products / services and effectively communicate their benefits, differentiators, and value propositions.
- Proposal Development : Collaborate with the proposal team to prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
- Customer Feedback : Gather customer feedback and insights to help refine sales approaches and product development.
Key Requirements
Experience : 2 years in presales, technical marketing, or sales support within the IT services or product space.Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software solutions, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems.Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.Presentation & Demonstration : Proficient in creating and delivering product demos, presentations, and proposals.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Customer-Centric Approach : Focused on delivering value and building relationships with clients through consultation and solution-based selling.Tools & Platforms : Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite, and other presales support tools.Preferred Skills
Experience with Demo Tools : Familiarity with presales demo tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.Industry Knowledge : Knowledge of IT services industry trends and customer pain points in technology adoption and digital transformation.Skills Required
