About the Role
Lead and expand the organisation’s major-donor and family-foundation fundraising efforts, aligning key stakeholders to our mission and driving long-term philanthropic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Donor Acquisition & Business Development
Identify, research and engage senior philanthropic individuals and family foundations.
Activate your professional network and outreach strategies to secure high-impact donor meetings.
Prepare tailored pitch decks, proposals and engagement strategies aligned with donor interests.
2. Stewardship & Retention
Manage and deepen relationships with existing major donors, providing timely updates, personalised engagement and impactful reporting.
Serve as the primary liaison for senior donors and family offices.
Design and execute donor-journeys including visits, events and curated engagement experiences.
Support transitions of donors into legacy, endowment or multi-year funding relationships.
3. Strategic Fundraising & Donor Experience
Partner with senior leadership to shape philanthropy strategy and engagement models.
Develop impact reports, organise high-touch events and coordinate field visits to showcase outcomes.
Maintain donor-management system, monitor metrics, and submit weekly work plans and reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; Post-graduate preferred.
12–15 years of experience in senior relationship management or sales with exposure to high-value clients (e.g., UHNIs, family offices) in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Luxury or High-End Insurance.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing a portfolio of senior stakeholders or philanthropic clients through relationship-based engagement.
