About the Role : We’re looking for a UI / UX Designer who’s excited about solving real user problems through clean, intuitive, and AI-first product experiences. You’ll work across web and mobile, designing for the procurement and design & build (D&B) domains — complex workflows that need clarity, simplicity, and great user experience. If you enjoy talking to users, exploring insights, and turning them into thoughtful designs, this role is a great fit. What You’ll Do :
- Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and research to uncover user needs
- Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
- Design for both web and mobile experiences
- Create product visuals using Figma, Photoshop, and other design tools
- Take an AI-first design approach — exploring where automation and intelligence can improve UX
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure smooth implementation
- Work across procurement and D&B workflows to simplify complex journeys
- Maintain design documentation in Figma, Confluence, and support sprint execution on Jira.
