About the Role :
A leading company in the interior and architectural hardware industry is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join their on-field B2B sales team. This role involves building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, contractors, and architects across Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities :
On-ground visits to clients and prospects
Promote products and close sales deals
Manage outstanding payments and collections
Maintain and grow client relationships
Provide market insights and competitor analysis
Update CRM and prepare regular sales reports
What We're Looking For :
Background in B2B sales preferred (interior fittings / modular kitchens / laminates a plus)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with travel across Maharashtra
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Must have a valid driving license
