Principal Engineer- Microsoft 365 / Messaging

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Exchange Online environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Oversee mailbox migrations, hybrid configurations, and integration with on-premises systems.

Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mail flow, mailbox performance, and user access.

Develop and maintain Exchange Online policies, including DLP, MFA, and Retention Policies.

Manage and optimize Proofpoint Email Security Gateway, including configuration of email filtering, threat protection, and encryption features.

Monitor and respond to email security incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Lead projects for migrations, upgrades, and integrations within the email and messaging ecosystem.

Partner with cybersecurity, IT operations, and application teams to improve overall security posture and email reliability.
