The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Looking for 3 to 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- New / Potential client coordination using lead generation
 - Setting up all meetings
 - Preparation of construction / project schedules
 - Preparation of BOQ’s
 - Final BOQ approvals
 - Preparing invoices / Bills and following-up on payments
 - Updating records for invoices sent and settled
 - Maintaining updated statement of outstanding amounts as per BOQ payment schedule
 - Receiving site instructions from Architect and issuing to site engineers and following on its completion
 - Preparing project budget and to report over-runs
 - Purchase - settlement - coordination of all vendors
 - Coordinate with site engineers on required construction materials and ordering-confirming delivery
 - Coordinating with clients
 - Project site visits
 - New products - catalogs – vendors
 - Quantity Survey / Estimation
 - Drafting using AutoCAD
 - Other proactive measures to improve business.
 
Qualifications
