Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist high-end clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
- Understand customer preferences and provide expert advice on fine jewellery, gemstones, collections, and designs.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement and upselling.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery materials, pricing, certifications, and craftsmanship.
- Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales service with attention to detail and brand standards.
- Keep the showroom impeccably organized, clean, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Coordinate with internal teams for custom orders, repairs, or client follow-ups.
- Manage client databases and contribute to exclusive client events or promotions.
- Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and grooming standards at all times.
Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline; diploma in retail, fashion, or luxury sales is a plus.2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.Fluent in English and local language; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Presentable, well-groomed, with excellent etiquette and soft skills.Key Skills :
