Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territories.
Identify and develop new distributors, retailers, and modern trade outlets .
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Execute sales promotions, sampling, and product launches .
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies .
Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and stock availability .
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and share updates with management.
Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Required Skill Sets
Proven experience in FMCG sales, field marketing, or distribution handling .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of local market and trade network in Coimbatore and nearby districts.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good understanding of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting formats .
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
Qualification : Any Degree / MBA in Marketing .
Experience : 2–6 years in FMCG or related sales field.
