Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing back-office operations, maintaining records, coordinating with clients, supporting sales and finance teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role may also include customer service-related tasks, data entry, and reporting to the relevant teams about progress and updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data management and record-keeping
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Finance and Sales operations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of relevant tools and software is an advantage
