Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Develop and manage advanced Power BI dashboards to monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Lead strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects from conception to delivery. Serve as the primary liaison between senior leaders and various stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment. Drive effective stakeholder management by building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally. Assist in the development and execution of company-wide strategy and operational plans. Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for top management. Ensure strong communication flow and collaboration across departments. Required Qualifications : MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business analytics, or related fields. Proficiency in Power BI dashboard creation and data visualization. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a stakeholder-centric approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
