Job Description
Role :
The role involves precise planning and execution of certification and compliance activities w.r.t. DGCA Type Certification, CEMILAC, FAA, EASA, Green & Blue UAS and third-party laboratory tests. This role also involves studying & implementing various National & International regulations with respect to certification & compliance requirements of UAS in Civil and Defense sectors.
The candidate will closely interact, work & collaborate with Product management, V&V, E&E, SW, Design and Development, Prototype, production, Certification bodies, DGCA, QCI, BIS, DFI, AUVSI, CEMILAC and external test laboratories.

Responsibilities :
Work with internal stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of the Products, test requirements; Generate the requirement proposals and execution plan along with budgetary & timeline requirements.Study & understand Tender Documents, Scheme Documents, Compliance Standards, Drone Rules and generate test requirements proposal & obtain agreements with internal stakeholders.Ensuring correct TC documentation, tests executions, TC audits and cooperation with CB for expeditious releases of SoCsWork with external stakeholders like CB / ATE, DGCA and QCI to make them understand the Product environment and compliances.Effective communications & collaborations with CB, DGCA, QCI, CEMILAC, DFI, BIS etc.Timely study of regulatory drafts & feedbacks in the interest of IdeaForge. Study and analysis of international regulations and preparation of presentations & compliance roadmaps.Creation & maintenance of Certification roadmap in cooperation with Product management and Strict adherence in executionPlanning & execution of periodic internal audits to identify / analyze the compliance risks & implement mitigation measures with respective departments.Budgetary planning for all departmental activities.Team management, KRAs and appraisals.Qualification :
B Tech / M Tech in Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering.A minimum of 10-15 Years of Experience in Technical Compliances, minimum 5 years in UAS industry.Exceptional understanding & hands-on experience working with regulatory frameworks – National / International.Proven Experience with product testing, process analysis & certification activities
