Role Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated Audit Associate

to join our Indore office. This role offers a onsite work model with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The Audit Associate will assist in financial audits, prepare and analyze financial statements, and support various finance-related tasks while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct financial audits and review accounting records.

Prepare and analyze financial statements and related reports.

Assist in identifying audit risks and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, and PCAOB rules.

Maintain audit workpapers and documentation per regulatory standards.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address audit queries.

Stay updated with accounting standards, audit regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

Semi-Qualified CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA preferred.

Minimum 2 years of audit experience (US audits preferred).

Strong analytical and auditing skills.

Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
