We are seeking job Principal Data Scientist. As a Principal Data Scientist at HiLabs, you will partner closely with a team of stake holders, product managers, and data engineers to solve real problems in healthcare domain.

HiLabs is looking for great problem solvers who can tap into the potential of data and deliver scalable and robust data products. Our potential members would work on developing and implementing machine learning algorithms for various HiLabs Products and Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage AI / ML techniques to identify and mathematically interpret complex healthcare problems.
• Deploy, scale, and optimize machine learning solutions on large datasets using big data technologies.
• Develop, test, and prototype new AI algorithms and software tools.
• Enhance and refine existing ML / algorithmic solutions.
• Conduct quantitative analysis using diverse datasets.
• Improve solution efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Understand business problems and extract necessary data to generate stakeholder insights.
• Build and deploy new functionalities based on client requirements.
• Contribute to applied ML research projects.
• Own end-to-end ML solution delivery.
• Provide business and technical leadership across DS initiatives.
• Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, developers, and clinicians.
• Lead product segments or research areas independently.
• Drive innovation and ownership across product development cycles.
