About the Role

Lead and expand the organisation’s major-donor and family-foundation fundraising efforts, aligning key stakeholders to our mission and driving long-term philanthropic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Donor Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, research and engage senior philanthropic individuals and family foundations.
  • Activate your professional network and outreach strategies to secure high-impact donor meetings.
  • Prepare tailored pitch decks, proposals and engagement strategies aligned with donor interests.

2. Stewardship & Retention

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing major donors, providing timely updates, personalised engagement and impactful reporting.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for senior donors and family offices.
  • Design and execute donor-journeys including visits, events and curated engagement experiences.
  • Support transitions of donors into legacy, endowment or multi-year funding relationships.
  • 3. Strategic Fundraising & Donor Experience

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape philanthropy strategy and engagement models.
  • Develop impact reports, organise high-touch events and coordinate field visits to showcase outcomes.
  • Maintain donor-management system, monitor metrics, and submit weekly work plans and reports.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline; Post-graduate preferred.
  • 12–15 years of experience in senior relationship management or sales with exposure to high-value clients (e.g., UHNIs, family offices) in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Luxury or High-End Insurance.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing a portfolio of senior stakeholders or philanthropic clients through relationship-based engagement.

  • Strong professional network and credibility in senior stakeholder or philanthropic circles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals / family foundations.
