We at Coforge are hiring a Practice Lead – DevOps, Cloud & SRE with the following skillset :

Practice Leadership & Delivery Excellence

  • Lead the DevOps, Cloud, and SRE practice across multiple engagements and geographies.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Define and implement best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across delivery processes.

Capability Building & Team Development

  • Build and scale high-performing teams through hiring, mentoring, and training.
  • Develop and execute capability development plans aligned with emerging technologies.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.

    • Technical Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Define technical strategy and roadmap for DevOps, Cloud, and SRE initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to guide innovation.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.

    • Required Skills :

  • Deep hands-on experience in DevOps tools and practices (CI / CD, IaC, automation).
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proven experience in implementing and scaling SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
