Role : Senior Platform Engineer

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 6+ years

About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Python and AWS to design, build, and scale modules of a cloud management platform.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with serverless development, event-driven architecture, and microservices, while driving innovation and technical excellence across the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Own the design, development, and optimization of cloud platform modules.
Build serverless applications and event-driven systems integrated with AWS services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
Provide technical guidance on cloud architecture, best practices, and design principles.
Solve complex system challenges and drive continuous performance improvements.
Stay up to date with cloud trends and incorporate them into platform development.

Requirements :

6+ years of experience in platform / application development with Python and AWS.

Proven expertise in Serverless architecture & Event-driven design.

Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Microservices, Domain-Driven Design, and API development.

Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, relational & NoSQL databases.

Experience with Git and modern CI / CD practices.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.).

Experience with Boto3 SDK for Python.

Exposure to Azure / GCP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
