Assist in business development through existing personal and / or firm connects
Primary / secondary research and high-quality analysis using appropriate tools
Designing & conducting field surveys for Impact Assessment Projects
Knowledge of Power BI, SPS & other similar tools
Development of compelling concepts, proposals, presentations, and reports
Delivery of engagements, including innovative approaches to solutions

Experience : Post-graduate with 4+ years of prior experience in the field of social advisory with special focus on education, skilling & livelihood. Consulting experience in a consulting firm will have added advantages.
Qualification : Post-graduate from reputed institute, preferably in social sector or management (education, social / sustainability or otherwise), with graduation in commerce, social or business sector. MSW / MPP candidates will get preference. Some background on climate change and environmental sustainability topics will be added advantage.
