We’re on the lookout for a Production Head who can lead the end-to-end production of this mega event — from planning to flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complete event production including stage setup, sound, lighting, SFX, LED, trussing, power, and site infrastructure.
• Develop detailed production plans, timelines, vendor lists, and budgets .
• Manage vendor negotiations, equipment sourcing, and manpower coordination.
• Ensure all technical, safety, and compliance standards are met on-site.
• Collaborate with creative, artist management, and marketing teams to bring the festival vision to life.
• Supervise on-ground production teams during pre-production, setup, show days, and dismantling.
• Manage production budgets effectively while maintaining quality and innovation.
• Oversee stage scheduling, artist technical requirements, and show transitions.
• Troubleshoot on-ground challenges with efficiency and calm under pressure.
• Work closely with government bodies, permissions teams, and local authorities for site and safety clearances.
