Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Bhopal. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, and delivering outstanding customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, assisting with travel bookings, and maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
