Production Coordinator

Job Title : Production CoordinatorLocation : Remote, IndiaAbout the position : We are a fast-growing startup specializing in 3D conversion and production. As we scale, we need a highly organized Production Coordinator to ensure smooth operations across our production pipeline. This role requires expert level ShotGrid experience to manage tasks, schedules, and resources effectively across multiple teams.Responsibilities : - Manage multiple vendors and provide daily updates.- Coordinate and track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines using ShotGrid.- Assist in scheduling tasks, ensuring teams meet production timelines.- Maintain clear communication between production, creative, and technical teams.- Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or issues proactively.- Organize and manage assets, ensuring proper version control and tracking.- Work with the department leads to allocate resources efficiently.- Prepare reports and production updates for stakeholders.- Support onboarding of new team members onto ShotGrid and production processes.- Ensure documentation and best practices are maintained for production workflows.Requirements : - Experience with ShotGrid for production tracking is a must.- 5+ years of experience in production coordination, preferably in Stereo conversion, VFX, gaming, or animation.- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.- Familiarity with production workflows and asset management best practices.- Experience with remote teams and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Drive, Jira, Notion) is a plus.Technical Skills : - Familiarity with Stereo compositing pipelines and VFX production processes.- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Nuke, Silhouette, After Effects, or Mocha.- Strong understanding of rotoscoping techniques, digital paint workflows, compositing and shot QC processesNice to Have : - Knowledge of Stereoscopic 3D production pipelines.- Experience working with artists, developers, or technical teams.- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.How to applyPlease attach a resume in Microsoft Word and make sure to : - Include your contact information- Indicate which city you are based in- Provide your workstation specificationsAbout Us : Outsyders are redefining the art of theatrical 3D conversion.
