Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and cultivate new corporate and VIP gift accounts, pursuing potential customers from various industries.
  • Generating qualified leads through different channels and scheduling meeting with the decision makers.
  • Understanding client's needs and presenting them the appropriate product solution to meet those needs Preparing a quotation proposal, negotiating and closing the deal.
  • Maintain and service new and existing accounts throughout the sales funnel and retention process.
  • Focus always on customer satisfaction by quality of services and solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • 4 + years of experience exclusively in corporate gifting.
  • A Strong phone and in-person experience with business development, lead prospecting and cold-call outreach, ideally with a robust professional network to draw upon.
  • Solid writing skills, able to communicate clearly and in the brand voice when constructing and delivering thoughtful client pitches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to navigate a fluid, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • A strong work ethic and a high level of discretion, integrity, judgment and responsiveness.
  • Positive and proactive energy, and the ability to work collaboratively and to get the job done.
  • Requirements

    Key Responsibilities : Develop Marketing Strategies : Formulate and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Campaign Management and Optimization : Oversee end-to-end campaign management across diverse digital channels (e.g., Meta, Amazon ads, Google, YouTube) to maximize brand exposure, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient use of budgets while maximizing ROI. Retention Marketing Initiatives : Develop and implement retention-focused marketing initiatives aimed at engaging and nurturing existing customers to drive repeat purchases and loyalty. Create segmented and personalized communication campaigns to re-engage inactive customers and increase customer lifetime value (CLV). SEO and PPC Strategy : Conduct comprehensive keyword research, analyze trends, and implement effective SEO and PPC strategies to enhance website visibility and drive traffic. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page conversion rates, implementing A / B tests and optimizations to increase conversions. Performance Analytics : Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness, including customer acquisition costs, ROAS, CTR, engagement rates, and retention metrics. Collaboration and Strategy Alignment : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to align growth strategies with overall business goals. Customer Lifecycle Management : Implement strategies for effective customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing, tailoring campaigns to different stages of the customer journey. Innovation and Experimentation : Drive experimentation and innovation by testing new channels, creatives, and growth strategies, deriving insights to refine future initiatives. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Daily and Monthly Customer Acquisition Rates Sales Revenue Growth Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Conversion Rates and Funnel Performance Metrics Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Engagement Metrics Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role within a D2C brand. Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.). Expertise in SEO / SEM, PPC, email marketing, and other growth tactics. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
