Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Association Manager, The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools, managing training and professional development workshops for educators, and coordinating with administrative departments. Additional responsibilities include identifying and onboarding partner schools, supporting educators in implementing LearnYB's resources, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance educational offerings.

• Experience in education, training, and teaching, with familiarity in tailoring content for different educational levels.
• Proficiency in administration and managing school-related operations efficiently.
• Skills in recruiting and engaging with schools, teachers, and partners to cultivate relationships and partnerships.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site, take ownership of projects, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in educational development or related fields is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in education, business management, or a similar field preferred.
