Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Sourcing Support

Manages the activities of sourcing support daily to ensure the smooth functioning of supply chain functions. This role is essential in providing excellent experience to our vendors / suppliers during the journey with our client

Responsibilities

Gather information for EDC set up / update

Support new EDC set up

Update EDC data

Provide prompt efficient and satisfactory responses to customer / vendor inquiries on Contracts / order status and billing / invoicing corrections.

Handling customer inquiries related to returns processing return requests ensuring adherence to return policies resolving customer issues and working towards customer satisfaction

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Any Graduate

Professional experience in Sourcing Strategy Service and Renewal Management Vendor Management

Industry Experience - Services or hi-tech industry

Hands-on experience with at least one ERP / procurement platform (e.g. Sales Force).

Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data cleansing tools or ticketing systems.

Working knowledge of indirect / direct spend categories

Ability to work in a deadline-driven service-oriented environment

Excellent Communication skill

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Ability to learn quickly

Diploma / Post Graduation in International supply chain management / Sourcing Management

Sales Force ServiceNow knowledge and experience would be an added advantage
